Deep Clean Standards:

Each cottage undergoes a full deep clean after each stay. This includes but is not limited to the cleaning of all common surfaces, towels, dishes, and linen.

Support During Your Stay:

Hosts are only a phone call away throughout your stay. We will work with you ahead of time to handle details for your trip and if anything else should arise we are a text or phone call away.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel at least 7 days prior to your stay a full refund is available with a 15% fee.
Cancellations 3 to 6 days before your stay begins offer a 50% refund.

Cancellations 3 days or less before your stay all guests are given 30 days to reschedule.

VIP Services:

We ask that if at all possible guests plan ahead for the VIP services that they would like to reserve. A 7-day notice is appreciated, after that we try to accommodate but can not guarantee that services will be available.

Security Deposit:

A fully refundable security deposit of $300 is due at the time of booking. If there are no damages to the property then a refund for this fee will be issued 48 hours after your stay.

How to Access the Property:

Once your stay has been reserved, you will receive an email for verification. 24hrs before your stay you will receive the official address and entry code for your cottage.

Security:

Each unit is armed with security cameras on the exterior common grounds for the safety of our guests. There are no cameras inside the cottages.

Smoking Policy:

All smoking has to be done outdoors, there is a $100 fee for smoking indoors. If smoking causes damage guests will be billed for that damage.
